The Waboba ball, is about the size of a golf ball and has apparently taken off around the world after videos being posted of it on YouTube. It would be great to hear if you have managed to get hold of one?

As I look through my window at the pouring rain, I cant help feeling a little sorry for my friends at Glastonbury. Lets hope before they left they went to Poundland and picked up one of our rain coats – protection from the rain for only £1!

We have opened 2 more stores today - Truro and Stockport! We also have another store in Bridgend opening tomorrow!

The weather is hot, hot, hot today……26 degrees from where i am sat!

I think the last thing i would want to be right now is heavily pregnant – so if you are then make sure you put your feet up and cool down with an icy cold drink!

My sister is 6 months pregnant, so i will be sending some Poundland fruit shaped ice cubes her way!
