 If you fancy a day out, why not take a trip to Stratford upon Avon, it’s got so much to offer including great shops, great restaurants, loads of history all within beautiful surroundings!

The best part about Stratford upon Avon is that there is a brand new Poundland store opening there on Saturday 30^th May. Make sure you visit on the day for a fun filled family event including;

• The Mayor will officially open the store at 9:30am
• Anthony Cotton aka. Sean Tully from Coronations Street will be there from 10:30am – 1pm sign autographs and have pictures taken.
• The 1^st 50 customers will receive a free £1 voucher
• There will be a further £50 worth of vouchers up for grabs in our checkout challenge game
• There will be 500 packs of Kodak batteries given away
• Finally, a DJ and Entertainer will be instore from 9am to 4pm!

Also for families that live in Warwickshire, there is a ‘Street Sportz’ event that is taking place throughout half-term and it is completely free for kids between 8 – 13 years. Basically ‘Street Sportz’ offers kid’s the chance to play any sport they can think of. Check out more details here
