Do you buy or receive Christmas stockings? Even though money is tight this year, I still love to give and receive stockings, they make Christmas for me! Adding up the pennies to pay for stockings as well as presents for the family can become very expensive though, but Poundland, as always, is here to help out. The Telegraph’s ‘Top 15 Christmas stocking fillers for geeks’ feature did make me laugh, but personally I don’t really think I will buying any of them for friends and family. Great ideas though…

Poundland is offering lots of Christmas confectionary too this year – did you see the news about the Roses tins becoming a thing of the past? It won’t be the same, but I do agree with why they are doing it. Chocolate tins and boxes can be pricey and you can end up spending quite a bit on festive sweets – just to let you know Poundland has all of your festive chocolate favorites like toblerone, After Eights, Cadbury’s chocolates for just £1 each. If you’re lucky you might even spot the 2 for £1 deals in your nearest Poundland store.
