Have you seen this article in the Daily News Corner - Milk row exposes gutless UK Prime Minister. Prime Minister, David Cameron has shot down his Health Minister, Anne Milton’s proposal to scrap the free milk scheme for under-fives stating he “did not like the idea”. The scheme has run for many years and is now outdated, yet such a scheme will cost £59 million to run next year and clearly “does not provide value for money in difficult time” as Anne Milton pointed out.
