There are now over 250 Poundland stores across the UK, including 8 stores in Northern Ireland and more and more people are discovering the hundreds of top brands we have for just £1! One of t hose people is Martin Lewis, the Money Saving Expert from GMTV! He has been heading into our store and is really impressed with all our genuine bargains!  Take a look at his blog to see what he said about his recent visit.  I’m sure now he has discovered Poundland he’ll be in the store all of the time, so keep your eyes peeled for him!

Martin Lewis isn’t the only celebrity you’ll find in Poundland, you’ll regularly see the Coronation Stars opening our new stores.   Anthony Cotton who plays Sean and Jenny McAlpine who plays Fiz have opened  lots of stores this year and  have a great time meeting all the customers and playing the checkout challenge game. I can’t believe its Christmas day next week! I’m not ready at all and haven’t got all my presents yet. So I’ll be popping into my local Poundland store as there are so many great gift ideas. Take a look on our website for your last minute gifts!

I also need to get my tableware and decorations for Christmas day, we have really nice table runners and charger plates that I think I’ll be buying, the table will look beautiful!
