Help Prevent the Swine Flu Spread!

Swine flu is becoming a major concern, particular after it was reported yesterday that a 6 year old girl, died from the virus – a parents worse nightmare.
According to an article from The Independent, we are better prepared than previous pandemics as we have anti-viral drugs and a vaccine on the way.
However, there are steps that we can all take to help prevent a spread.
- Catch your coughs and sneezes in a tissue and bin it straight away to kill the germs
- Wash your hands regularly
- Ensure that surfaces and door handles are kept clean
